Who you are buying from

Titles on this site are published by Global Route Press. Payment is taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and is responsible for charging and remitting VAT or sales tax in your country.

Prices

Prices shown include VAT where it applies. The exact tax is calculated at checkout from the country you are buying in, and the total is shown to you before you pay.

Delivery

Guides are delivered as PDF files, by a download link on screen immediately after payment and by email to the address you paid with. If your link does not work, tell us through the contact page and we will send a fresh one.

Refunds and the right to cancel

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have fourteen days to cancel a purchase. For digital files delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts, and you agree to that when you buy. That is the law, but it is not how we behave: if a guide is not what you expected, tell us within thirty days and we will refund it. We would rather give you your money back than have you feel sold to.

What a guide is and is not

Our guides are general information, researched carefully and dated. They are not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional advice on your own situation. Opening hours, prices and rules change, so confirm anything time sensitive before you act on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
