Buying a guide

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for these transactions. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this website. Stripe passes us your email address and the country used to calculate tax, so that we can deliver your download and keep the records tax law requires. Stripe sets its own privacy terms for the checkout, which you can read on their site.

Your download

We store your email address, what you bought and when, and a download link tied to that purchase. We keep order records for as long as Spanish tax law requires us to, and no longer.

The contact form

What you type into the contact form is emailed to us and kept in that inbox. We use it to answer you. We do not add you to any list from it.

Email

We do not run a marketing mailing list. If we ever start one you will have to ask to join it, and you will be able to leave in one click.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to work. If analytics are in use they are listed in the cookie notice on the site, and anything beyond what is strictly necessary is only set if you agree.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not obliged to keep it. Ask through the contact page and we will answer within a month.
